摘    要:本文对金属杆连铸结晶轮表面在热冲击与热疲劳条件下裂纹生成与扩展情况进行了分析,建立了热交变条件下裂纹前端应力模型,并对纤维增强复合材料结晶轮特性及纤维对表面裂纹扩展的阻碍作用进行了研究

Abstract:In the article,some research has been made to the appearance and propogation of surface crack on the metal-bar continuous casting crystalliger wheel,thermal shock condition has been established,and the behavior of crystalliger wheel made from fiber-reinforced composite materical and the fiber obstruction to the surface-crack propogation has been analy zed.
