液压矫直机阀控缸伺服系统的研究

摘    要:矫直机液压压下系统采用了非对称阀控非对称缸的方法,通过建立阀控缸系统的数学模型和构建液压控制系统的传递函数对非对称阀控非对称缸的性能进行分析,并用HYVOS软件对系统进行仿真,证明了非对称阀控非对称缸在矫直机液压压下系统中的控制比较灵敏,使整个系统的响应速度和控制精度都得到了提高,最后通过实验数据验证了本文理论和仿真分析的准确性。

Abstract:Unsymmetrical valve-controlled unsymmetrical cylinder is applyied to the screw down system of the lever.This paper analyses the performances of unsymmetrical valve-controlled unsymmetrical system by building the mathamatical model and by simulating with HYVOS.All this proved that unsymmetrical valve-controlled unsymmetrical cylinder in the lever is more sensitive,the respond speed and controlling precision of such system are improved.At last,practical data confirms that all the analysis and simulation results are correct.
