摘    要:起动机传动机构在启动和制动等工况突变时,产生的刚性动载是不可忽视的。GB/T3811《起重机设计规范》给出了计算惯性动载系数的简单计算方法,但并未将影响该系数的电动机启动方式,机构间隙考虑在内。在这两因素基础上对起重机起升机构进行建模分析,最后得出更加完善计算惯性动载系数的方法,为以后分析其他传动机构惯性动载系数提供参考。

Abstract:The rigid dynamic load of crane transmission mechanism produced in the process of startup and brake should not be neglected.Although the simple calculation method of inertia dynamic load coefficient was given in GB/T3811 Crane Sesign Standard,it did not consider the factors influencing the coefficient,e.g.,the motor startup way and the mechanism clearance.Here the modelling analysis on hoist crane lifting mechanism were done based on the two factors,then the more perfect method of calculation inertia dynamic load coefficient was deduced,which may provide references for analysis on the inertia dynamic load coefficient of other transmission mechanism.
