压杆优化设计

摘    要:压杆的稳定设计是通过计算压杆截面积选用截面形状来达到的。压杆的截面设计一般是采用试算法,计算量较大,图解法避免了试算法中的重复计算过程,因而是一种较好的方法,但其精度较差且不能进行型钢截面的设计。本文对不同的截面形状,提出几种直接的优化、计算方法,其比试算法简单,比图解法精确。它适用于大、中、小各种柔度的压杆;也适用于截面形状因子为常数的截面和常用的型钢截面;导出了一些简便实用的计算公式。能够直接得出截面面积选取型钢型号,应用范围广泛。

Abstract:The stable design of compressed rods is realized by calculating the cross aero and selecting the shape of rods. The method of try calculating used to design the section of rods has the disadvantage of large amount of calculation. The method of diagram avoid the complicated process of calculating, but it has the disadvantage of poor precision and coutd be used to design the section of shaped steel. The paper puts forward several direct methods of optimization for different shapes of section. These methods are simpler than calculating method and more accurate than the method of diagram,These methods are suitable to design the rods of different pliability, the section of constant shape element and frequently used section of shaped steel. The paper advances some simple formulas of calculation which could be widely used. By means of these formulas, the cross aero is directly achieved and the model of shaped steel could be selected.
