摘    要:在三维接触分形理论的基础上,从理论上建立了一种考虑微凸体的完全弹性、弹-塑性和完全塑性三种变形机制的结合面静摩擦因数三维分形模型。该模型反映了结合面法向载荷、分形维数以及分形特征尺度参数对结合面静摩擦因数的影响。仿真结果表明,静摩擦因数f随着无量纲法向接触总载荷P*的增大而增大;分形维数D的增大,先增大后减小;无量纲分形特征尺度参数G*的增大而减小;考虑弹-塑性变形机制的结合面静摩擦因数小于不考虑弹-塑性变形机制的结合面静摩擦因数。

Abstract:A three-dimensional fractal model of static frictional factor on joint interfaces was presented based on three-dimensional contact fractal theory with consideration of elastic,elastic-plastic and plastic deformation.The model reflected the influence of normal load,fractal dimension and fractal characteristics scaling parameters on static frictional factor of joint interfaces.The simulation results showed that the static frictional factor increased firstly,and then decreased with the increase of D,namely fractal dimension; increased with the increase of P^*,namely dimensionless normal total load; and decreased with the increase of G^*,namely fractal characteristics scaling parameters.Considering elastic-plastic deformation mechanism of joint surface static friction factor is less than without considering elastic-plastic deformation mechanism of joint surface static friction factor.
