摘    要:利用SolidWorks软件建立了双卷筒缠绕式提升机主轴的三维模型,利用ANSYS软件对其在六种工况下进行静力学分析。实现了主轴静强度和静刚度的校核,得到了主轴的应力应变分布规律,为双卷筒缠绕式提升机主轴结构的改进设计、寿命计算等提供了依据。

Abstract:SolidWorks software was applied to establish a two-reel winding elevator shaft of the three-dimensional model,and ANSYS software was used for static analysis under six loadcases,and then the static strength and static stiffness of the spindle were achieved,thus the stress and strain distribution rules were obtained,which could provide the basis for the improved design and life calculation of the double-drum winding elevator shaft structure.
