桥式起重机车轮非圆化对运行同步性的影响

摘    要:分析了桥式起重机常见的车轮非圆化形式并对其诱因进行了汇总,给出非圆化常见形式之一车轮椭圆化的数学模型,基于此模型分析了车轮直径变化后运行阻力的变化,并对桥式起重机行程差的极限位置做出分析。

Abstract:The out-of-roundness of bridge crane wheel round wheels was described. The mathematic model of sistance was analyzed when the diameter was changed was made into categories, and the cause to result in out-of- elliptical wheels was given. And the change of traveling re- and the limit value of asynchronous was determined.
