螺纹联接与传动的容差设计

摘    要:依据质量工程学的损失函数理论,建立紧固螺纹配合间隙的质量损失函数,推导出内、外螺纹中径的工厂容差的计算公式;最终的制造公差和精度等级按此计算值来查表选定.分别考查内螺纹小径和外螺纹大径的用户极限、用户损失和工厂损失,给出用损失函数计算和确定它们的工厂容差和公差的方法.本文还导出传动螺纹中径容差和中径每年磨损量的容差计算公式.

Abstract:Based on quality engineering theory, the quality loss function of thread fit clearance is constructed, and the calculating formula of pitch diameters of inside and outside thread are derived. After investigating and eaxmining the user's allowance, loss and factory's loss of the small diameter of inside thread and large diamtcer of outside thread respectively, the factory allowance of the small diameter of inside thread and large one of outside thread can be computed by using the loss function. The concrete formula are given and the factory tolerance are selected through consulting the relevant standard tolerance tables. In addition, this paper offers the formula for calculating the allowance of transmission thread pitch diameter and its annual wearing allowance within the lifetime of the product.
