摘    要:本文探讨了将能量理论应用于异种金属材料扩散焊接头界面断裂韧性测试的可行性,并应用双悬臂梁试件测试了(A3+Cu,A3+LY12)几种材料组合扩散焊接头界面的临界裂纹能量释放率。结果表明,异种金属材料扩散焊接头界面裂纹能量释放率与材料的弹性模量及板厚的组合有关,通过材料性能和几何尺寸的合理匹配,可以优化界面抗断裂性能。

Abstract:In this paper,the interfacial fracture toughness of the diffusion welding of dissimiar metal materials is determined in view of energy approach .The terminal energy realease rate for a crack at interface of diffusion welding of dissimilar metal materials(steel/copper,steel/aluminum)was measured according to DCB test piece.The results show that the energy realease rate for a crack at interface has much to do with the modulus of elasticity and thickness of materials.It can control the fracture strength of the joint that the martching of the property and geometrical dimensions of materials were selected reasonably.
