湿法合成氧化物纳米陶瓷研究进展

摘    要:本文对氧化物纳米陶瓷的制备研究现状进行综合评述 ,包括纳米粉体的制备和表征、成型与烧结。着重分析了湿化学合成纳米粉体工艺中硬团聚现象产生的原因和消除方法。在此基础上 ,对氧化物纳米陶瓷的发展前景进行了简单分析

Abstract:Research and development of nanometer crystalline oxide ceramics were reviewed in this paper. A series of development process from the preparation and characterization of nanometer ceramic powders to the sintering processing and the properties of nanocrystalline ceramics were summarized. Emphasis was given to the agglomeration of grains during wet chemical processes. Moreover, the promising future of the development of nanometer crystalline ceramics was also discussed.
