摘    要:引入变换变量的概念,将发生平衡反应的反应精馏过程模型变换为普通精馏过程模型,减少了迭代变量,避免了反应量的计算,并易于采用普通精馏的计算方法。针对新模型非线性增强的特点,以松弛法得到初值,以Newton-Raphson法为算法主体,分别对含惰性组分和不含惰性组分的MTBE合成(甲基叔丁基醚)反应精馏过程进行了模拟计算。

Abstract:The equations describing steady reactive distillation have been transformed into a new set of equations. The new model is the same as that of traditional distillation process in expression style, and it is solved by an algorithm which combines the relaxation method with the modified Newton Raphson method. The reactive distillation processes of methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) synthesis with and without inert components are simulated as numerical example.
