| 摘 要： | 本文对傅立叶级数进行了拓展 ,提出广义级数的概念 ,指出三层前向神经网络隐层作用的机理实质上是一种广义级数展开 ,从而将神经网络与级数完美地统一了起来。指出神经网络隐层的驱动函数系列构成了一个框架 ,并给出了计算一个已训练好的三层前向网络的冗余度的方法 ,最后给出了许多有益的结论。

| Abstract: | Based on Fourier series, a general series expansion is proposed, and the function of hidden layer in neural network can be considered as a general series expansion. Moreover, the bases constructed by hidden layer is analyzed by frame theory, and redundancy of nodes is given in this paper. Many conclusions are also given in the end. |
