摘    要:采用乳化液膜分离法,对苯丙氨酸的实际发酵液进行了间歇式单级萃取,拟三级逆流萃取和连续微分逆流塔式萃取。考察了三种操作形式下液膜萃取效率及乳液稳定性,结果表明了液膜分离的可行性及塔式操作的潜在优势。

Abstract:The actual phenylalanine fermentation broth was extracted with a liquid emulsion membrane by batch single stage,simulated three stage counter current and continuous counter current process respectively.The extraction efficiency and the LEM stability of three types of mass transfer modes were investigated.The feasibility of extraction by LEM and the potential advantage of extraction column have been confirmed.
