摘    要:研究了红外光谱法在气体多组分同时定量分析中的应用;运用气体混合物同时定量分析的方法,得到了N2O、NO、NO2、SO2和CO25种气体在100℃下的校正曲线;将此分析方法应用于燃煤烟气中NO的选择性催化氧化实验,对催化剂的活性进行了线分析和考评。实验证明此方法可精确测量反应中各物种的变化情况,对于具有红外吸收的气体,是一种普适性的分析方法。

Quantitative Analysis of Multi-component with FTIR and Its Application

Abstract:The application of FT-IR to simultaneous quantitative analysis of flue gas was studied with the help of Nicolet's Protege 460 combined with a 2m gas cell. Based on CLS method, a CLS measuring method was established which demonstrates the linear relationship between volume fraction and adsorption. Furthermore, the non-linear relationship is calibrated. As a result, the method can simultaneously analyze components in a mixture quantitatively. The equations of the calibration curve for N2O,NO,NO2,SO2 and CO2 at 100°C were thus obtained as follows,   N2O: φca=0.707 5φ+1.435 2×10-3φ2   NO: φca=0.719 4φ+3.302 7×10-4φ2   NO2: φca=0.790 7φ+1.986 9×10-4φ2+2.949 7×10-7φ3   SO2: φca=0.991 7φ   CO2: φca=0.979 4φ φ is the volume fraction in the mixture, φca is the calibrated volume fraction. Further discussion showed that this is a universal method for infrared absorption gas. The method, with its rapid scan and high sensitivity, can be used in quantitative analysis as well as qualitative analysis of new species when combined with FT-IR technique.
