摘    要:采用毛细管光电法,并用微型计算机构成的测量系统,较好地解决了气液混合装置中气泡大小分布的在线自动测量。它测量准确度高,速度快,操作简便,为研究气泡的分散机理以及气液反应器的监控提供极其有用的近代化科研手段。本文阐述了光电检测法原理,介绍微机测量系统的硬件配置和信息采集和数据处理软件,并附有运行实验结果。

Abstract:By making use of a microcomputer aided system, the photoelectric capillary probe technique is applied for the measurement of bubble size distribution in a gas-liquid stirring vessel. A high speed microcomputer is used for on-line processing of the measurement data. The system works well with the advantage of high accuracy, high speed and simple operation. It is proved to be very useful for the study of the bubble dispersion mechanism and superrision of gas-liquid reactors. In this paper, the principles of the technique are put forward and the hardware disposition and the saftware for sampling and handling data in the microcomputer aided system are introduced. Finally, some results of measurement are presented.
