含油污水气浮旋流耦合分离方法的研究

摘    要:为了提高含油污水旋流分离器的分离性能,应用了气浮理论.利用气液混合泵边吸水边吸气,在泵内含油污水和空气在一定的压力下均匀混合,产生大量的微细气泡,然后泵入旋流器内进行分离。研究了加入气泡对压力降和入口流量的关系、分流比和压力降的关系、含油浓度和分离效率的关系、气泡量和分离效率的关系的影响。发现在一定的充气量范围内(标况下体积比4%~5%),微细气泡的存在能够明显提高油水旋流分离器的分离效率(约20%)。

Abstract:In order to increase the capacity of hydrocyclone for oily wastewater cleanup, applying gas flotation theory and utilizing nikunipump to inhale air and water, oily wastewater and air can be mixed evenly under certain pressure, and masses of micro-gas bubbles are produced in the nikunipump. Then the mixture of oily wastewater and micro-gas bubbles are pumped into hydrocyclone to be separated. This (paper) mainly studies the influence of inputting gas on the relations of pressure fall and inlet liquid volume, distributive ratio and pressure fall, oil density and separating efficiency and gas bubbles quantity and separating efficiency. It is discovered that the existing of micro-gas bubbles can enhance the capacity of hydrocyclone obviously(about 20%) under proper conditions and scope limitation of air inhaled(4%~5%).
