| 摘 要： | 报道用六种不同配方的斜面培养基对平菇母种进行了培养．结果是综合马铃薯培养基分别添加小麦、玉米后，平菇母种菌丝体的生长速度快、长势好；添加平菇子实体的培养基生长速度较前慢、但长势极好．方差分析生长速度，结果表明：添加小麦、玉米的配方，极显著快于其它配方．

| Abstract: | The maternal seeds of Plearotus Ostreastus were cultivated by six kinds of different slanting culture media.The result showed that the maternal seeds of Plearotus Ostreastus grew more quickly and better after adding wheat and corn to the synthesized potato culture media.The culture media adding Plearotus Ostreastus grew more slowly than ever,but it was doing well.Analysis of the grownth speed of the culture media at variance,It showed that the culture media adding wheat and corn grew far better than the others. |
