| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨提高急诊期耳部损伤诊断及治疗水平。方法：对431例耳部损伤患者的病情等资料分析，均采用手术治疗。结果：428例痊愈，3例不佳。结论：为明确诊断：①除局部征象外应注意全身的症状与体征；②耳部CT应列为常规检查；③注意鼻部、眶底和颅脑等以及并发的其它严重损伤。治疗建议按耳部受伤情况分型及处理。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study and improve accurate methods of diagnosis and ear trauma in the emergency.Method:431 patients suffered from ear injury were classified by degree of lesion.All of them were treated by ear surgery of diagnostic.Result:428 cases were cured.3 patients were not very effective.Conclusion:To better diagnose,one must pay attention to the symptoms of eye, orbital floor and nasoethmoid sinus fracture and other severe injuries,CT scan is also necessary for diagnosis. |
