| 摘 要： | 探讨食管静脉曲张破裂出血的急诊抢救要点。方法：对21例食管静脉曲张破裂出血患破均给以垂体后叶素，硝酸甘油，奥曲肽，输血，输液，三腔二囊等压迫止血等治疗。结论：食管静脉曲张破裂出血应用小剂量垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油，奥曲肽明显提高了治疗效果，降低了病死率和不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the main points of emergency call saving on oesophagus cirsoid cracking bleeding.Method:21 patients with oesophagus cirsiod craking bleeding are cured throggh blood filtering and transfusion.Conclusion:Treating effect is cearly increased.but die in one's bed ratio and bad reaction are reduced. |
