碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在烧伤晚期创面的临床观察

为了寻求一个能加速烧伤晚期创面快速愈合的有效、可靠的方法。方法：1%以下的创面，用1‰新洁尔灭液清洗，贝复剂(bFGF)喷洒创面，凡士林油纱布半暴露。每日一次。1%以上的创面，不仅在创面上喷洒贝复济(bFGF)。而且用直径约1.5-2mm的自体微型皮片散在移植的扩创后的创面上，然后用敷料包扎，3d后拆除外敷料油纱布半暴露。并随机抽相应大小的晚期创面病例做为对照组观察。结论：在1%以下创面组中，应用贝复济(bFGF)能比不用贝复济(bFGF)创面愈合时间明显加快。同样，在1%以上创面，采用自体微型皮片移植加贝复济(bFGF)创面愈合时间明显短于对照组。结果：贝复济(bFGF)是一种治疗烧伤晚期创面的有效药物，有加速创面愈合的作用。

The clinical observation of the basic fibroblastgrowth factor applying to the late burn

Objective:The purpose of this paper is to explore the effective and reliable method of quickening the union of the late burn.Method:To the burn less than 1%, wash it with 1% bromogeramine, spray bFGF on the wound, then half expose the burn with Vaseline gauze, once a day. To the burn more than 1%, not only spray bFGF on the burn, but also,in a scattering way, autotransplant micro skin piece to the enlarged burn, then, bind up with the application. Remove the application three days later, and half expose the wound by the Vaseline gauze. Moreover, random sampling the same size late burn as the contrast group and observe them.Conclusion:In the group of the burn less than 1%, the burn union is obviously quicker by using bFGF than not using bFGF. Similarly, in the group of the burn more than 1%, the time of burn union is obviously shorter by using autotransplant micro skin piece and bFGF than not using it in the contrast group.Result:bFGF is an effective medicine for curing the late burn, it could quicken the burn union.
