卡托普利、硝苯吡啶联合使用治疗充血性心衰的临床分析

目的 :探讨卡托普利、硝苯吡啶联合使用治疗充血性心衰的疗效。方法 :充血性心衰患者 6 2例随机分成 2组 ,将联合使用卡托普利和硝本吡啶的病例称为联合组 3 2例 ,单独使用卡托普利的病例称为单用组 3 0例 ,比较两组疗效。结果 :联合组治疗充血性心衰比单用组的疗效较好。前者显效率 6 2 .5 % ,后者显效率 3 3 .3 % ,x2 =5 .2 7,p<0 .0 5。结论 :卡托普利与硝苯吡啶均有减轻心脏负荷 ,改善肺肾功能 ,降低血粘滞性、防止血管痉挛 ,纠正心功能作用 ,二者联合使用起协同作用。

Teatment with combined use of Caplopril and Nifedipine in congestive heart failure

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined use of Caplopril and Nifedipine in treating congestive heart failure.Methods:62 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases were in combination treatment group and were treated with combination of Caplopril and Nifedipine. 30 cases were in single treatment group and were treated with Caplopril only. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results:the therapeutic effect of combination group was better then that of the single group. The effective rate of the former was 62.5%;that of the latter was 33.3%; x 2=5.27, p <0.05. Conclusion:Both Caplopril and Nifedipine can relieve heart burden,improve lung and kidney function,reduce blood viscosity,prevent blood vessel spasm,and correct heart function.The combined use of the two has coordinating effect.
