| 摘 要： | 在大学物理实验中,旋光仪用来检测物质的旋光性,计算出该溶液浓度.阿贝折射仪经常用来测溶液折射率,对溶液浓度的测量比较少.本文根据同一种溶液浓度不变,建立了旋光度和折射率关系的理论模型.实验测定了蔗糖溶液,基于最小二乘法原理,得到了旋光性和折射率的实验模型.结果表明,实验与理论相符合.这种研究结果,对具有旋光性物质研究具...
