| 摘 要： | 目的：评估心电图ST段改变在冠心病诊断中的意义。方法：以冠状动脉造影为金标准，与心电图ST段改变作比较，计算心电图的灵敏度和特异度等指标。结果：灵敏度53.85%；特异度84.21%；符合率61.97%；阳性预测值90.32%；阴性预测值40.00%。结论：心电图ST段改变在冠心病诊断中灵敏度太低，特异度尚可。 |

| Abstract: | Object:To study the change of ECG ST segment at diagnosis of coronary disease.Methods:Making a clinical significance of the changes at ST segment in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease based on coronary artery radiography as "a gold standard". Result:Its sensitivity is 53.85%,specificity 84.21%,conformity 61.97%,positive forecast 90.32% and negative forecast 40.00%. Conclusion:Its sensitivity is low and specificity is high. |
