摘    要:通过对纸层析法分析油菜籽脂肪酸过程中染色方法(以醋酸铜一红氨酸染色为对照)的研究,结果表明:O.001MKMnO4溶液及Ⅰ2熏蒸法等四种染色方法均可染色。但KMnO4溶液染色时间最短;Ⅰ2熏蒸法可操作性强。用这两种染色方法分析油菜籽脂肪酸组成及芥酸的高低,与对照结果一致,操作更加简便,可以代替对照染色,满足快速筛选的需要。用1.O%K3Fe(CN)6]和2.O%FeCl3等体积混合液、Cu(Ac)2—1.0%K3Fe(CN)6]和2.0%FeCl3等体积混合液染色;与对照分析油菜脂肪酸组成及芥酸的高低,结果一致,但与背景颜色反差小,效果一般。

Abstract:Five different dyeing methods of RPC were used to analyse fatty acid content of rapeseed. The results showed that all of the dyeing methods can be used to analyse fatty acid content of rapeseed. But the KMnO_4 solution method took the shortest time, and the suffocating method by I_2 was easy to operate. These two methods produced the same results as CK, but they were easier to operate than CK. The dyeing methods with equi-volume mix-solution of 1.0% K_3Fe(CN)_6]and 2.0%FeCl_3 also produced the same results as CK,but comparatively the results of them were difficult to distinguish with background.
