延安市区生活垃圾可焚烧性的调查分析

摘    要:采用标准分析法,对与生活垃圾焚烧特性有关的几个物理参数进行了测定,得到了延安市区生活垃圾的组成、容重、含水率、可燃分含量以及湿基低位热值的基础数据和动态特征。研究了生活垃圾焚烧处理的可能性,提出了延安市区生活垃圾的处理系统。结果表明,生活垃圾中的无机物含量:50.98%,可腐有机物含量:31.38%,容重:0.3486kg/L,含水率:32.69%,可燃分含量:21.22%,湿基低位热值:4260.41kJ/kg,满足焚烧处理的适用条件,以上参数在不同功能区和季节变化时有显著差异。建议采用焚烧 填埋的处理方法,在预处理中去除大部分灰分。

Abstract:Several physical parameters related to MSW incineration characteristics were determined by adopting standard analysis method.Basic data and dynamic traits of composition proportion,bulk-density,moisture ratio,inflammable matter content and low-calorific value were acquired.Incineration feasibility was studied and the treatment system of MSW was presented.The results show that,inorganic matter:50.997%,composted organic matter:31.38%,bulk-density:0.3486 kg/L,moisture ration:32.69%,inflammable matter:21.22%,low-calorific value:4260.41 kJ/kg.Above parameters met with conditions of incineration treatment and had striking distinction companied with different function areas and seasons.Incineration plus landfill was suggested.But the majority ash of MSW must be eliminated in pretreatment process.
