国内外管道SCADA系统标准对比分析

摘    要:SCADA系统(数据采集与监视控制系统)自诞生之日起就与计算机技术的发展紧密相关。它是以计算机为基础从而对生产过程进行控制和调度实现自动化的系统。它不仅可以对现场的运行设备进行监控而且还可以实现对数据采集和测量。它在石油管道工程方面占据举足轻重的作用。通过对比国内外管道SCADA系统标准,可知国内SCADA标准相对于国外能更为详细,操作性更强。

Abstract:The SCADA system( Called the Supervisory Control And Data Acquistion)since the date of the birth is closely related with and development of computer technology. It is based on computer and thus can control the pro- duction process and realize the dispatching automation. It can not only run on -site monitoring equipment but also can realize the data collection and measurement. SCADA occupies an important position in oil pipeline project. By comparing domestic and foreign pipeline SCADA system standard, the domestic SCADA standard can be more de- tailed and more workable than that of the foreign.
