摘    要:对利用重金属捕集剂二乙基二硫代磷酸钠处理印刷线路板厂络合铜、含镍废水进行了试验研究,探讨捕集剂加入量、废水pH值、反应时间对处理效果的影响。结果表明,捕集剂对Ni2+、Cu2+的捕集效果不受pH值影响;处理络合铜废水时反应时间最好控制在30min以内,处理含镍废水时,反应时间以10min为宜;当重金属捕集剂投加量是化学计量的1.2倍时,Ni2+、Cu2+的去除率均达99%以上。将最佳工艺参数运用于工程实践,处理后废水中Cu2+的含量为0.26mg/L,去除率达98.3%;Ni2+的含量为0.32mg/L,去除率达98.4%,均低于《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)中规定的铜和镍排放限值为0.5mg/L的要求。

Abstract:The influence of pH value, dosage of sodium diethyl dithiophosphate and time of reaction on the effect of PCB wastewater treatment was studied. The results showed that the effect of treatment was not related to pH value. The optimized reaction time for the treatment of copper complex in wastewater was 30 minutes, and 10 minutes for the treatment of Ni2+. When the dosage of heavy metal chelating agent was 1.2 times of the theoretic quantity, the average removal rate of Ni2+and Cu2+ were more than 99%. When these optimum operating conditions were applied to actual project, the removal rate of Cu2+ andNi2+ was 98.3% and 98.4%, respectively. The concentration of Cu2+ and Ni2+ in effluent was 0.26 mg/L and 0.32 rag/L, which met the requirements of GB21900-2008.
