巴戟天药材中耐斯糖含量近红外光谱测定方法的建立

摘    要:目的建立巴戟天药材中耐斯糖含量的近红外光谱测定方法。方法用高效液相色谱法测定114批巴戟天药材中耐斯糖含量,采集近红外光谱后,运用多元散射校正法,结合最小偏二乘法建立巴戟天耐斯糖含量的定量模型。结果建立的耐斯糖近红外光谱定量模型,内部交叉验证决定系数为0.979 1,校正标准偏差为0.909 0,预测标准差为0.909 0,交叉验证的标准偏差为1.093 0。结论该含量测定近红外光谱模型稳定、准确适用于巴戟天药材中耐斯糖的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the quantitative determination model of nystose in Morinda officinalis by Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS). Methods: The nystose contents of 144 samples were Mmeasured by HPLC, and their spectrum were collected. Combined with MSC and PLS, the quantitative determination model were established. Results: The determination coefficient, root-mean-square error of cross-validation, root-mean-square error of calibration and root-mean square error of prediction were 0.9791, 0.9090, 0.9090 and 1.0930 respectively in the created calibration model. Conclusion: The quantitative determination model is steady, and can determine the content rapidly and accurately.
