摘    要:研究红芪废弃物中提取的生物活性多糖对黑腹果蝇的生殖能力、寿命和抗氧化能力的影响。通过不同浓度的红芪多糖对黑腹果蝇的存活试验,研究了一代至四代(F1-F4)的生殖能力和寿命、雌雄个体数、抗氧化酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加多糖可提高F1-F4雌雄果蝇的繁殖能力,延长其寿命,降低果蝇体内丙二醛含量,提高了黑腹果蝇的抗氧化能力和生命力,表现出剂量效应,雌雄果蝇性比为接近1:1。

Abstract:The effects of bioactive polysaccharides extract from Hedysarum polybotrys processed waste on the reproductive capacity, life and Antioxidation of Drosophila Melanogaster were studied. Experiments were conducted to examine different concentrations of H. polybotrys polysaccharides for D. melanogaster, the reproduction capability and life span of first to fourth (F1 to F4) generation, the number of female and male, the activity of antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were investigated. The results showed that, compared with the control group, adding polysaccharides could increase the reproduction capability, extend the life span of F1 to F4 female and male fruit flies, reduce the contents of MDA in the fruit flies and improve the antioxidant capacity of D. melanogaster, exhibiting a dosage effect. and the sex ratio of female and male fruit flies was 1:1.
