干井炉的轴向温度分布对现场温度校准影响的实验研究

摘    要:针对干井炉易受被校温度探头长度尺寸的影响,无法满足其始终在井底部被测量的条件问题,实验选用FLUKE干井炉,在不同校准温度下,改变标准铂电阻插入干井炉的深度。研究发现,在同一校准温度下,轴向由井底到井口方向的温度梯度值会不断增加,靠近井口处的温度准确性差,尽量避免在该位置校准温度探头。此外,随着校准温度的升高,校准温度与环境差别增大,干井炉温度偏差通常会增加,其轴向最大温差也会升高。当校准温度比较高时,轴向温度的不均匀性对其测温准确性的影响比较大,不可忽略。

Abstract:Dry-well thermometer calibrators are widely used in enterprises for on-site or online temperature calibrations. By the influence of the length of the temperature probes, which could not always be located at the bottom of the well, the axial temperature distribution of dry-well thermometer calibrators is one of the important factors to affect the measurement accuracy. Using the dry-well thermometer calibrator from FLUKE, the temperature distributions in working conditions with various temperature levels were measured by changing the depth of the standard platinum resistance inserted into the well. By analyzing the relationship between the calibration temperatures and the axial temperature distribution, some problems could be found out, which could provide more comprehensive and reliable experimental data for its application in the field of temperature calibration to improve the measurement accuracy.
