摘    要:目的 水合氯醛对小鼠生长发育、学习记忆和治疗指数的影响.方法 用各组小鼠体重变化趋势观察水合氯醛对小鼠生长发育的影响,避暗法和跳台法观察水合氯醛对小鼠学习记忆的影响,用分组法测量水合氯醛对小鼠催眠的ED50、LD50和治疗指数.结果 在跳台和避暗实验中,与NS组相比,第一天C1、C2、C3(水合氯醛剂量分别为0.005...
