汽油机尾气后处理系统的优化设计

摘    要:为应对越来越严厉的排放法规,现代社会对汽油机车辆尾气处理提出了更高的要求。现在常用的汽油机尾气后处理系统三元催化转化器(3WCC)能高效净化汽车尾气排放,由于其起燃温度较高,导致发动机启动后20 min内排放极为恶劣。为解决这一问题,对某汽油机三元催化转化器进行优化设计,以加热冷启动时汽油机排出尾气为主要手段,对废气进行温度补偿,使之始终保持在催化系统高效催化的温度区间内,可大大减少汽油发动机污染物尾气排放。

Abstract:In order to cope with more and more stringent emission regulations, the modern society has put forward higher requirements for the treatment of gasoline engine vehicle exhaust gas. Three-way catalytic converter (3WCC), a common exhaust after-treatment device for gasoline engines, can efficiently purify vehicle exhaust emissions. Due to its high ignition temperature, the exhaust emission within 20 minutes after the engine starts is extremely severe. In order to solve this problem, this paper optimizes the design of a gasoline engine ternary catalytic converter, and takes the exhaust gas from the gasoline engine during heating and cold starting as the main means to keep the exhaust gas in the high efficiency catalytic temperature range of the catalytic system, which can greatly reduce the exhaust gas emission of pollutants from the gasoline engine.
