液压自定心中心架凸轮轮廓曲线设计

摘    要:片状凸轮是液压自定心中心架的关键部件,采用解析法设计了片状凸轮。分析了液压自定心中心架结构及其工作原理,推导了理论凸轮轮廓线方程,分别采用包络线法和瞬心法求解了实际凸轮轮廓曲线,通过Matlab编程生成了液压自定心中心架凸轮轮廓曲线。计算结果表明,两种方法求解的片状凸轮轮廓曲线坐标值吻合较好,同时也互证本文设计的片状凸轮是有效的。

Abstract:The plate cam designed by analytical method is a critical component of the hydraulic self-centered steady rest. The hydraulic self-centered steady rest structure and its working principle were analysis. The theoretical cam profile equation was deduced. The actual contact curve equations were solved by the envelop method and the instantaneous center method. Furthermore, the cam profile curves were generated by Matlab program. The computed results indicate that the plate cam profile curve coordinate values solved by these two methods are fairly coincided and the plate designed by this paper is effective simultaneously.
