基于动态权重SA-PSO的工艺路线决策

摘    要:综合考虑粒子群算法的全局搜索能力和模拟退火算法的局部搜索能力,在算法中引入动态惯性权重的概念,使惯性权重随着迭代次数的增加而减小,提高了算法的收敛速度和精度。在工艺约束条件下,同时考虑机床、刀具的选择,建立了以最小成本为优化目标的目标函数,运用已建立的算法对其进行运算,得到满足生产要求的最优工艺路线。最后通过实例,详细介绍了该算法进行加工工序决策及相关机床和刀具的选择过程。

Abstract:Considering global searching capability of PSO and local searching capability of SA, the concept of dynamic inertia weight was introduced, the inertia weight varies with the distance between the different particles and the optimal particles, a dynamic inertia weight optimized algorithm model of SA-PSO is established. Under the constraints of the process, the function which minimum cost as the optimal objective was established with consideration of the selection of machines and cutting tools. Used the established algorithm to optimize operations and get the optimal process route which satisfied the production requirements, Finally, an example is given to illustrate the decision-making process and the selection of reverent machine tools and cutters.
