整层充填流动树脂与夹层技术在深楔状缺损修复中的比较研究

摘    要:目的 比较整层充填流动树脂与夹层技术在修复深楔状缺损的临床效果。方法 选取2019年7月至12月在井冈山大学附属医院就诊的90例(共185颗患牙)深楔状缺损患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组45例(90颗患牙)采取夹层技术修复,试验组45例(95颗患牙)采取整层充填流动树脂修复。比较两组患者患牙敏感率和充填体脱落率发生情况,并评价两组患者临床修复效果。结果 试验组修复成功率高于对照组,试验组患牙敏感率低于对照组,试验组充填体脱落发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 整层充填流动树脂相较于夹层技术,可进一步提高修复效果,减少患牙敏感率,降低充填体脱落率。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the clinical effect of bulk-filled flowable resin and Sandwich technology in the repairation of the deep wedge-shaped defects. Methods: 90 patients (185 affected teeth) with deep wedge-shaped defects were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from July to December 2019. The patients were divided into the control group (45 cases) with 90 affected teeth repaired by Sandwich technique, and the experimental group (45 cases) with 95 affected teeth repaired by bulk-filled flowable resin. The tooth sensitivity rate, the filling body shedding rate, and the clinical restoration effect of the two groups were compared. Results: The success rate of the restoration in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the sensitivity rate of affected teeth and the rate of filling body dropping in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the Sandwich technique, the bulk-filled flowable resin can further improve the restoration effect, reduce the sensitivity of affected teeth, and the rate of backfill shedding.
