摘    要:抗生素是一类个人医药及护理品(personal pharmaceutical products,PPCPs)的新型污染物,它在农业及医学等领域应用广泛,从而在水域中易残留并带来诸多生态风险。水生生物是评价各种有机污染物的经典模式生物,因此本文综述了抗生素对多种模式生物毒性效应的最新研究成果,并对毒性效应的预测以及环境因素对毒性效应影响等几个方面进行了阐述,最后展望了抗生素对水生生物毒理的研究方向。

Abstract:Antibiotics, designed as human and veterinary medicines, are one of the most important group of personal pharmaceutical products, and widely used in agriculture and medical science, thereby causing the residue and posing the potential toxic effects in the environment. In the last decades, many papers concentrated on the toxic effects of antibiotics and aquatic creatures were wildly used as the organism in kinds of bioassays, the toxic effects of antibiotics on aquatic creatures, the toxic effects prediction and the corresponding factors were reviewed in this paper for the purpose of presenting the latest related development. Finally, some suggestions were also proposed, that is, the mixture toxicity of antibiotics, its prediction and mechanism should be paid more attention.
