中国传统养生对现代体育健身的启示

摘    要:以"气一元论"生命哲学为思想基础的中国传统养生理论给现代体育健身带来了诸多启示.本文认为,"起居有常,饮食有节",养成良好习惯是体育健身的基础;"形神兼备,性命兼修"修神为本具有一定的哲学意义和心理学价值;身心健康与外部环境的相互统一的重要性;将中国传统养生理论与现代体育健身相结合有利于中西体育文化的融合.

Abstract:The Traditional Chinese Regimen, with the "Qi-Yuan" belief as its theoretic basis, brings many implications to the modern sports and keep-fit. It is put forward that "a regular daily life and a moderate diet" helps to form a good life habit, which the basis for sports and keep-fit; psychological health is equally important as physical health; it is essential to integrate the psychological and physical health with the outside environment; to combine the modern sports and keep-fit with the traditional Chinese Regimen benefits the integration of western and Chinese sports culture.
