摘    要:在含番红花红O的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,用循环伏安法在经预处理的铅笔心电极上形成了番红花O聚合物薄膜,溶液的pH、扫描电位范围对修饰过程中有影响,在-1.0 V-0.0 V(vs Ag/Agcl)的扫描电位范围和酸性介质中形成的薄膜具有较高电活性和稳定性.根据过程的循环伏安曲线,对聚合的机理进行了讨论.利用该电极的pH响应性能,用扫描峰电位法测定果汁的酸度取得满意结果.

Abstract:A safranine O(SO) polymer film was formed at pretreated pencil electrode by cyclic voltammetry scan.The modification process was influenced by pH of solution and canning potential range.In-1.0 V~0.0 V(vs Ag / Agcl) and acidic solution(pH=2.21),the formed film had high electrical activity and good stability.The cation mechanism is discussed.Making use of the good linearit between pH and the peak potential,the acility of fruit juice was detected with satisfactory.
