面向东盟的北部湾企业文化整合研究——以广西北部湾企业文化为例

整合是企业文化建设的重要方式。广西北部湾企业所具有的独特地理环境决定了应该既有广西北部湾的悠久的文化特点，又有东盟国家的多样的文化特色，对广西北部湾企业进行文化整合，事关中国传统文化的发扬，北部湾经济的发展和东盟经济圈的壮大，鉴于此，进一步对建立广西北部湾企业文化的整合途径做初步探讨。

A Study on the Integration of Culture of Beibu Gulf Enterprises Oriented to ASEAN --Taking Guangxi Beibu Gulf Enterprise Culture as Examples

Integration is an important method of constructing enterprises＇ culture. The unique geographical environment where Guangxi Beibu Gulf enterprises are situated determines that Guangxi Beibu Gulf enterprises possess age-old traditional cultural characteristics of Beibu Gulf and diverse cultural characteristics of ASEAN. To integrate the culture of Beibu Gulf enterprises is closely related with the development of Chinese traditional culture, of the economy of Beibu Gulf and of ASEAN economic circle. Therefore, this paper aims to probe into the integrating method of constructing the culture of Guangxi Beibu Gulf enterprises.
