| Abstract: | The comet assay is a sensitive,reliable and rapid method for assessing DNA damage and repair.It is widely used in many different mutation tests:oncology,radiation biology,human monitoring,clinical applications etc.Inrecent years,its use has been increased in tumor cells.The comet assay in tumor cells helps us study the anti-tumor medicine.This study is a review of the application of comet assay in the study on anti-tumor medicine in recent years. |
