| 摘 要： | 在我国社会主义市场经济的建设过程中,随着“单位制”的解体,国家开始从对居民社会生活的全面干预中退却,政府希望通过社区建设来解决城市居民的再组织问题以及单位制解体后所剥离的社会功能的承接问题。本文分析了社区建设的政府选择的背景和现实依据及其走向社会选择的必然要求,并提出了走向社会选择的社区建设中应重视的几个问题。
