乙醇超声提取毛冬青(Llex pubescens)茎中总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:目的:筛选乙醇提取毛冬青茎中总黄酮的最佳条件.方法:采用正交试验研究乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数对毛冬青茎中总黄酮提取的影响,用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量.结果:乙醇作为提取溶剂的最佳工艺是乙醇浓度30%,料液比1:20,提取3h,提取3次,此条件下吸光值为0.529.结论:乙醇浓度影响最大,其次是提取次数,提取时间、料液比对毛冬青茎中总黄酮提取影响较小

Abstract:Objective: To optimize and establish the extraction of total flavones in Pubescent Holly stem using ethanol as the extraction solvent. Method: Orthogonal experiment was designed with the content of total flavonoids as index, and with ethanol concentration, the ratio of material and solvent, extracting time and frequency as factors. Results: When using ethanol as the extraction solvent, 30% ethanol concentration, solid to liquid ratio of 1:20, extraction time was 3h, extracting 3 times, at this time was the best extraction effect; the OD500 was up to 0.529. Conclusion: The first factor affecting extractor productivity was volume percentage of ethonal. The second and the third ones were extracting frequency and time respectively.
