| 摘 要： | 对苏铁种子核仁中氨基酸成分进行分析，苏铁种子中含有17种氨基酸，其中总氨基酸（TAA）和必需氨基酸（EAA）含量分别为8．16S2．91．其两种氨基酸的比例与标准蛋白质存在一定的差距，但是苏铁种子药用氨基酸和鲜味氨基酸的含量分别为68g和27．7老，对苏铁种子的开发利用具有重要意义．

| Abstract: | In this paper, the amino acids in nucleolus of Cycas revolute were analyzed. There were 17 types of amino acids in nucleolus. According to the analysis results, proportions of Total Amino Acid（TAA） and Essential Amino Acid（EAA） were respectively 8.1.6% and 2.91%, which was smaller than proportion of standard protein. However, Amino acids for medical purposes and flavor amino acid accounted separately for 68% and 27.7% of TAA, which had important significance for development and utilization of Cycas revolute seeds. |
