| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志在庆祝中国共产党成立八十周年大会上的讲话,强调党内腐败的危害性和体制创新对于反腐败的重要性。中国现代化转型进程中,执政党亦必然向现代化转型,制度创新必然产生。当前屡禁不止、居高不下的腐败现象令人触目惊心,根源之一就是旧制度不适应现代化要求,制度不健全而致,因而必须进行制度创新,包括营造制度环境;切断制度的路径依赖;更新各项具体制度。只有制度创新才能从根本上铲除腐败,改善和加强党的领导。

| Abstract: | On the 80th anniversary of the founding of Chinese Communist Party Jiang Zemin emphasized on the harm of party corruption and the importance of system innovation for anti-corruption.The process of the modernization of China and her executive party causes the system innovation.Now,people are shocked by corrupt dealpt dealings in China for the old system doesn't meet the needs of moderlization.So it is very necessary to have the system innovation which includes creating a favourable system environment and destroying the path of dependence and renewing all sorts of systems.Only the system innovation can stop the corruption and strengthen the Party leadship. |
