| 摘 要： | 交往教育体现以人为本的科学发展观,有利于培养个体健全人格。本文从工作方法和策略的视角,结合大学生思想政治工作交往教育实践,着重论述教育者和受教育者之间的交往应正确认识和把握的重要原则,探索提高高校学生思想政治教育成效的工作规律。

| Abstract: | The interactive education,which manifests the People-oriented scientific outlook on development,is helpful in cultivating the full-scale character of the individual. From the perspective of working approaches and strategies,and combined with the interactive educational practice on the ideological and political education of college students,this thesis places its emphasis on the important principles that we should correctly understand and master during the interactive activities between the educators and those who are educated,and it aims at exploring the regularity of work of how to improve the efficiency and achievement of ideological and political education of college students. |
