| 摘 要： | 通过分析规模经营农业经济组织形成需要的市场与制度条件,可以看出我国长期实行子女平均继承农业土地使用权是导致以家庭农场为主体的适度规模农业难以实现的重要原因。通过实行长子继承制及相关配套的改革,能够推进家庭为主体的适度规模农业的形成与发展。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the market and system condition needed in China by industrial agricultural economic organization,we can see that,the long-term practice of family-member-equally-inherit-the farmland-property model as the main body of family agricultrue system is the main abstabcle to realize the modern scale family agriculture.By implementing Primogeniture system and related supporting the reform,we can promote the formation and development of moderate scale agriculture with family as the main body. |
