| 摘 要： | 为实现“全面贯彻国家教育方针,大力推进素质教育,弘扬民族文化和民族精神”的人才战略目标,认真学习和贯彻党的十六届三中、四中全会以及《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》,深入了解我国目前高校艺术教育的现状,采用科学的发展观,进行深入分析,研讨我国高校艺术教育发展取向,提供科学的、客观的、可操作的建议和对策。
