| 摘 要： | 随着高校数字化校园系统的不断完善和对大型仪器设备资源共享要求的不断提高,利用校园网络构建大型仪器设备网上预约管理共享平台已经成为许多实验设备管理部门的共识.应用信息化手段代替繁琐的人工操作,实现仪器设备的网上管理和全天候网上预约,开放共享设备预约方式的网络化、智能化,确保仪器设备网上预约和管理更加透明、公正、方便和快捷,提高实验室仪器设备使用效率和管理效率.

| Abstract: | Along with the digital campus system of continuous improvement and sharing of resources for large- scale equipment requirements continue to increase, the use of campus network equipment to build large-scale online reservation management platform has become commonly acknowledged. Information technology tools instead of the tedious manual operation are applied; equipment online management and 24-hour online booking are achieved. To open the online appointment and booking makes the management more transparent, fair, convenient and fast, greatly improving the laboratory equipment management efficiency. |
