| 摘 要： | 构建玉林“北部湾商贸物流基地”，推动“商贸兴市”，既是玉林发展的历史机遇，也是玉林发展的战略选择。通过“通江达海”、“岭南都会”战略模式，实施玉林版的“双核驱动”策略，加快打造龙潭产业园区的临海商贸物流中心，促进商贸物流基地网络化建设，广泛集合各种要素和资源，提升商贸物流企业经营水平，真正发挥玉林市在广西北部湾经济区中交通、物流的功能作用。

| Abstract: | Establishing Yulin ＂Beibu Gulf Trade Logistics Base＂ to realize the ＂Promotion of Prosperity through Trade＂ , is not only a historic opportunity but also a strategic choice for Yulin. Through the ＂linking rivers and seas＂ and ＂Lingnan Metropolis＂ strategy pattern, implement Yulin version of ＂Dual-core Driven＂ strategy, speed up the building the coastal trade and logistics center in Longtan Industrial Park, and promote the network construction in the trade logistics base so as to gather information and resources, improve the business capacity of the logistics companies, and give full play to the traffic and logistics function of Yulin in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. |
