| 摘 要： | 通过分析高校公体太极拳教学的现状及弊端，结合当今教育发展的趋势．提出了要融全面素质教育于教学之中的观点，这对高校公休太极拳教学的改革有指导意义，对高校公体其它体育专项的教学和其它学段体育教学的改革也有深远影响．

| Abstract: | Based on the current development of shadowboxing teaching, this paper argues that a full-scale quality education must be put into consideration after having analyzed the actuality and disadvantages in College Shadowboxing teaching.This would have strong significance in College Shadowboxing teaching reform.It would also bare a far-reaching influence to other items of College Physical education and other phases of physical education reforna. |
